Michael,

Don't take all this harassment personally.

I have had the same observation about this list for several years.

Some of the dealers get into a snit when an end-user wants to customize
their system any. We all know that end-users are morons, thieves, or both;
and dealers are the smartest ones on earth.

When I suggested the dealers consider mailing some of their on-line ranting
(about customers) to their own customers, and that seemed to restore sanity
to the group for a while.

Harry can be useful to the group, but I'll bet he would be embarrassed if
one of his customers walked into his office with a printout of his replies
to you.

Given all of the tools, I have no doubt that the casual user is more likely
to muck up his system than a "power user".

The dealers on this list have difficulty distinguishing between the two,
though. Perhaps the concept of "give him the benefit of the doubt" doesn't
exist in Pana land.

So bite your tongue when the dealers, predictably, harass you. Hang in there
and you will get some help.

Every once in a while we give them a pearl of wisdom.....

Cheers, and welcome to the list,

William Biggs
...lowly end user....

Subject: KX-T: KX-TDA100 - Default Extensions

Hello

Can someone advise what the default extension numbers
are on the TDA100. i.e. given 16 digital extensions
and 8+8 hybrids, what are the defaults ? We're drawing
up the personnel plan and want something to work to.
I'm guessing they're 3 digits too.
