1. PtP or PtMP will depend entirely on your Telco - how they
   have set the lines. In the UK, it's normally PtP where
   there are DDIs in use, and PtMP where it's a single line (2b+D)
   installation.  You need to check with your telco.

2. Are you sure you've got the S0 wiring correct ? (and that
    the RJ45 and other end plugs are properly made up ?)

3. Within the programming, you also need to set the 6SO
   unit to 'external' for each bus which is going to
   an external (trunk) line.
