I should add that in our SMDR logs these incoming calls are logged as
being answered on line #6.  Occasionally someone will pick up line #4
during that first one or two rings, but the SMDR logs show the duration of
those incoming calls as never more than 2 or 3 seconds, so they can't be
answerd using line #4.
