arrgh,
Now we run into the "language" barrier. Your codes seem to be different than
our (US) codes.
When the -2 came out, all of our version numbers begain with P2xxx...
P011... was a -0 and P101... was some -0 and some -1 depending on the rest
of the numbers/letters.

You could try other codes to see what you come up with.
To set a phantom button, you can do it at any phone with Prog99
then press a button and try some codes. Just don't press [store] and it
won't change anything.
When we enter the phantom code (72) the display says "Phantom:___" and you
enter in the number. But you do have to create the Phanoms by using the sys
code (124)
