Operator has KX-T7433, Boss has KX-T7436.. when boss uses BUSY OVER-RIDE function CONF. key on Operators phone glows and she comes to know that OVER-RIDE is activated by boss.
Boss wants this to stop. He wants to OVER-RIDE but CONF. Key at Operator extension should not be glowing when he over-rides operator.. I know KX-T7565 can be installed at her place and the problem can be solved. But JOG-DIAL is important for operator as all 500 Nos. directory is in full use.. Possible?? How...???
