Get names. How do you get people that say those things? Maintenance aside on a $225(USD) retail phone, it seems that you could wire and equip 20 message waiting ports with phones for less than the price of 10 cordless and 2 cell stations. As far as billing, in the US, we have Tality, www.trisys.com, that will let you mark-up phone calls in any manner you choose.
