Big size due to the fact that it includes files needed to run it (MSVBVM60.DLL and MSCOMM32.OCX). Obviously the serial cable must be in place between the KX-TD1232 and the computer you will run this on, and be verified to work by successfully programming the KX-TD1232 with e1232a.exe. Uses current date/time from computer it's run on. Sets time to the second! I already had in place a method of keeping data/time on all our internal computers sync'd to NIST, so you're on your own there. Obviously you'll have to add SetPhoneTime.exe to the computer scheduler to run as often as you want. The ReadMe.txt file describes allowed parameters.
