All, I got no replies on the following: ------------------------------------------------------- I need to establish an external support group telephone number that is used for a client's software support group. I will create the necessary group, get all their extensions in the group, etc. My real problem is that what is really wanted is that they want 1 or more of the support personnel to be available via cell phone-enabled Blackberries (Blackberrys?). So I need to be able to have an "extension" that really calls out. Is there a way to do this? I have a TD500 (v3) and a TVS200. TIA. ------------------------------------------------------- So let me ask a more specific question. Would I be able to do this if I install a DISA card? TIA.
