KXTD1232 been in operation for years.
One user reports that they can no longer make outgoing calls
They can seize the line just fine, but as soon as they start to dial,
RESTRICTED pops up on the display.
This extension is still in the same class of service it was in before.
I removed all toll restriction - or so I thought.
I tried Station Programming Clear.
None of it worked.
I finally gave up and moved to an unused extension.
Any thoughts on the cause of my problem would be appreciated.
