One simple question:
In a ICD(Incoming Call Distribution Group on the tda there is e.g. 4
members. The one extension is busy talking (co-line), when a new call is
arriving the ICD-group, the extension talking on the co-line(same as before
the call arrived, is now transferring the call to one of the other memebers,
at the same time the ICD-group is ringing, at this point the extension who
is trying to transfer the first call to another extension in the same
ICD-group gets a busytone and cant transfer the call. Any off you guys
tried this before or knows where this can be changed in programming?
On the old KX-TD1232 it was not a problem for the customer, they did it a
lot of times every day, but the TDA100 is a problem.

Try System, System Options, Transfer to busy extension without BSS
