It sounds line the message is "I have a call for...." We have set up drug
store mailboxes to page for customer service. Try deleting the mailbox
assiged to the extension (sounds like it is not being used as its left
full), then delete rhe CF to voice mail.

Subject: KX-T: "Back door" calls are paged rather than ring through on one
extension...

We've got a weird problem.

We have a pair of CO lines set up as a "back door" -- they always go to the
Auto-Attendant rather than to the receptionist.

When someone calls the back door, and rings for one specific extension, the
phone system pages people with a somewhat unintelligible message about "on
call for" or something like that, rather than simply ringing the desired
extension.

Other extensions work fine.

That extension's voice-mail mailbox is full, but that shouldn't stop a call
from going through to that extension up front, should it?

I can't see anything in the Programmator settings for the extension that
would make it look significantly different from any other extension.

Any thoughts out there????

Thanks,

John Francini
