The 4CO is in the top slot.  I went to program 109 and it has "Master:
C ;E1;E2"...which I remember setting at one point as well.  Any other
ideas?

89 will not work. 88 is the highest 8X code, and can include lines 8 and
above.

The normal CO9 - CO12 buttons should work without any programming,
unless someone messed something up, or the system doesn't know that the
4CO
(KX-TD180) module is installed.

Its default position is at the bottom of the door. If you put it higher
up, use program 109 to specify the location, and then briefly shut the
system off.
