The 4CO is in the top slot. I went to program 109 and it has "Master: C ;E1;E2"...which I remember setting at one point as well. Any other ideas?

The normal CO9 - CO12 buttons should work without any programming, unless someone messed something up, or the system doesn't know that the 4CO (KX-TD180) module is installed.
