Hello all. I am new to this web site and to Panasonic PBX's.
I have been left with a KX-TD1232-6 system that was purchased for a special configuration. It is still untouched in a box. The previous technicians at this site gave up on the programming through the digital phone due to the complexity of the programming they needed to due. We will need to configure ARS and a few other things. What I want to know is beside the "Programmator" software that is out there, is there a real programming software from Panasonic for this. I know the dealers have to have something. Due to the sensitive nature of our system, I cannot just allow anyone to have access to our network. It must be controlled by my department at all times.
