hoping someone can help:
my equipment:
KXTD1232-7
TVS125 (voicemail)
DISA191
Considering there is no way for a caller to have the option to leave a message
while in a UCD queue on the DISA card (God I wish that was an option - anyone
know if that option works on a TDA?), I am forced to go with option 2, which
is: at the end of the UCD table, have the caller transfer to an overflow
extention. At that time I would like them to have the option to press 1 to
leave a message or press 2 to return to the UCD queue (unless someone has a
better idea). MY PROBLEM: when the caller goes to the overflow extension, it
transfers just fine, but the voicemail never picks up...?
If I have the call transfer to a real extension, it rings forever.... if it
transfers to a group extension (ie. 193), the call rings for a while then
transfers to the main menu on the voicemail. (please note that I am using FXD
to originally transfer to ext.192 (group 2) to utilize the DISA card with OGM)
