We have a customer with a new KX-TDA50 that is complaining about the redial 
feature, when a call is answered by an auto attendant.  

They claim that when they dial out and the call is answered by an automated 
attendant and they dial an extension, then hang up and hit redial the system 
dials the original 11 digit telephone number (1-XXX-XXX-XXXX) plus the 
extension 
they dialed previously.  This is a problem when they want to dial someone 
else within the same company (but are routed to the previously dialed 
extension). 

Does anyone know how to make the system just save 11 digits in the redial 
memory?

They also asked about the auto busy redial feature they had on the KX-TD 
system we took out.  Is this available on the TDA?
