This is my First KXTAW848. I put in a residence. The mom who lives with 2 teenagers has ms. She wanted a wireless that was light and easy to use. Speakerphone for the wireless was an important feature. I put a bunch of the digital systems in but this 848 system was a first. I was wondering about the caller id and call waiting caller id. Call log was also very important. Can any of you whiz bangs out there shed some light on the best possibilities. I have 8 of the 7736 sets and 2 of the 7680 cordless sets with 2 cell stations, one at each end of the house. The executive override feature allow others to press a used line key and get in on the call. Is the 824 the same or do I need to do something different.
The call log feature defaults all unanswered calls to station 101 (jack 01) on the digital systems. Is it the same with the 848 system. Any input would be helpful. Thanx, Ross
