Did your customer only ask you for prices on the phones or on the KSU also? If the customer only asked you to match the phones, then it could be possible to sell the telesets with out the problem of warranty issue, and firmware etc. After all, they are just phones, not KSU's, which would require the registration of software, etc. Just something to think about. If they got a price on the KSU also, then there lies the problem we all find annoying at best. Nothing about the KSU but that will be next I'm sure.
