Don't phantoms have to exist somewhere? On another PT button, or?

Without looking in TFM, the port has to exist for VM to work. Grab the receptionist's XDP or any hardware port, change the DN, and CF it to VM. You still can assign it to a DSS button for VTR, but it has to be a hardware port to function.
