Well I may have a ton of those cards, I work for frontier tel and may just have some of those cards in the CO. We don't use them anymore. We have the same setup and I purchased a small board to emulate what you are doing. I am a Ham and take care of a local repeater. This simple board cost about 50.00 from doug Hall electronics. It will do what you need. http://www.dheco.com . You will want the RLC card. You will have to order it to meet your frequency tone. They come standard 1950 HZ I am sure the guys can help you out. I know one thing, they will be in OHIO in dayton for the hamvention so you may not get ahold of anyone unless you call first thing tommorrow. Brad
