Have a TDA200 with PRI. Everything is working. We are having problems with dial plan though. We have 7 digit local and 10 digit metro numbers. Under dial plan A which supports N11, NXXXXXX, 1NXXNXXXXXX we could not add metro ( 830 ) and get it to work but 7 digit dial went immediately. So tech support had me change to plan E which supports N11, NXXNXXXXXX and 1NXXNXXXXXX and added NXXXXXX. Now I can dial metro and local 7 digit. All preconfigured entrees dial immediately but the local 7 digit entree takes 8 seconds before you hear a ring. The customer would like the immediate ringing like all other calls.
My thought without playing yet would be to do Plan D which requires all entrees to be programmed and enter N11, NXXXXXX, 1NXXNXXXXXX, 830NXXXXXX. Will I end up with an 8 second delay on all entrees? Hopefully this will help others with 7 digit local and 10 digit local needs to know what has happened so far.
