I don't understand the question (but that's never slowed me down ;-) but 3 guesses, delay is- 1. the silence when music on hold should be playing while the extension is ringing?
2. answer the extension faster? 3. while vm tells extension they have a call (record shorter prompt or just turn prompt off)? oh, there's another issue!
