Hi, I've got a Panasonic 616 PBX model. It is able to work properly when calling between any internal extensions. When accessing the outside CO line, it can hear the dial tone. But when dialing the external number, it seems like expecting some kind of other response to make the call other than just dialing the external number. Or even it just went dead when starting to dial the outside number. Please help me with how do I reset or configure this system.
