Hi Dan Do the phones actually ring before the voicemail answers? Or is it that the caller hears a couple of rings before it is answered?
If the main number is always answered by the auto attendant, then (theoretically) there shouldn't be any rings. In the DID settings I think you just have to point all the numbers to 165 (prog code 137/138). As was mentioned, the vm could have had a delay set, that normally is never used though.
