Maybe because his finger slipped...1 and 0 are close together :-)

The actual practice shows you can get 24 loop start CO lines on a 0180/0181
card, 16 digital extensions of the 76xx variety using the
eight DXDP's (with limitations), and 40 SLT's using the 8 XDP's of the 0171
card.
