Been There, Done That. 768K SDSL, when the VOIP was the SOLE
user, was NFG. No descernable reason, but it clearly was. (This 
in downtown SF; not the Guyana or Port-a-Prince.

Back to my question...does any carrier handle FAX in a manner
that it won't care -- by spoofing both ends?
