Hi Got assigned to program this switch for an aquaintance and I'm a virgin on it. I've managed to program it to all his specs except one; some background here might help:
He's working fulltime and running a sideline at home; the PBX will run in nightmode during his official employment hours and direct customers to a BV message (the Voice Message Card is installed), after which they can can leave a message, which he can reply to at his convenience.. I have managed to set this up, but of course he would like to access and retrieve the messages remotely. NB: This is the main BV; no individual voicemailboxes if we can help it. I imagine this is done via DISA, which again I know nothing of. All help appreciated.
