Actually this guy wants a speakerphone amplifier. He thinks I can  
connect an amplified speaker/microphone either to the station jack or  
to the headset-jack on the phone to accomplish this.  This guy is  
older and remembers the old speaker-phones from GTE.

BTW, this is a KXT7736 phone on a KXTA1232-2. I am still working with  
SBC to get the line volume pumped-up.
