Hi everybody, first time poster here, and very new to phone systems, let alone this one. Currently, if the operator is on the phone, or if line 1 is occupied, and another call comes in, the light on her phone flashes. However, we need it to ring audibly in case she is not looking at her phone at the moment. I am using a KX-ta624, and her PT is a KX-T7731. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
an afterthought... I have a wall-mountable RadioShack device which flashes and rings during an incoming call. This would be great if I could figure out if and how it use it in tandem with her phone. Currently if I split the jack, and plug her phone and the device in, the phone rings, but the flasher does not go off.
