My VOIP provider is sending me PDT for caller ID, so if my first call 
of the day is on the VOIP line, it dutifully sets the clock 3 hours behind.

Can someone find me the 3 digit command to turn that feature off?  My 
office workstation doesn't have a TAW programming software and I 
don't want to schedule a service call in my office.
