I’m not sure if this is specific to the TD308, or all of the TD systems…

 

My customer has problems using banking, prescription and other secondary
dialing services from the digital phones only.  You can dial the bank OK,
but you cannot enter other digits properly.  You can hear the tones, but
they are not the correct ones.  Even pressing “1” for English doesn’t work
all the time.  You can press and hold the keys and here the tone for as long
as you hold the key down.  It doesn’t matter if you dial slowly.

 

They are using the cable company for telephone service.  And an SLT works
fine on the CO or even the XDP port.

 

I remember some discussions about this on this forum.

 

I am looking forward to your replies…  There are always interesting
