System KXTD-1232-4 VPS-50, 4 incoming lines, 30 or so extensions. The PBX has been programmed via Programmator and the Panasonic MS-DOS application, the Voice mail has been programmed by Voice Mail Master. I added one more extension (digital) and now several lights are lit. The basic phone functions work ok, but voice mail doesn't. I just don't have time for this.
Specifically, the basic system was programmed by using Programmator, then the Panasonic program to create groups which lit up multiple lights when there was a message waiting for a specific group. Instruments range from a couple analog phones, a few 7420, many KX-T7456. The problem started when I used Programmator to add the last extension in a bathroom. Now I cannot use Programmator at all - it will not connect. We are willing to add a modem so the system can be reset and programmed remotely. We will pay by the hour or by the job as you wish.
