Is the phone line busy when you dial in from an outside line? (KSU is not really seizing the line) Will the line clear if you momentarily SHORT the co line? (Leakage problem in KSU co circuit) Can you set up a DSS for all the stations, to see if a station is "in use" while the co is "busy"? (bad station set or port)
