Company greetings can be incorporated into the process. Just have 1 sec 
of silence recorded in the company greeting. Whenever you have an 
emergency like a snow day, car crash, world ending, you can call in 
remotely and change company greeting to reflect whatever disaster i.e.( 
we will be closed due to weather conditions), followed by the custom 
greeting assigned. Later on change it back to one second of silence.
