In the US, it is a programmable thing, but it depends on the provider
as well as the PBX being set properly.

I've had two systems with the same provider, one the provider never
got the CLIP ID working right, the other system it worked fine from
the start. Both KSU's were set up identical. I would check with the
provider and make sure they have it set up at their end.
