Has anybody setup 1ST party CTI using the USB lead into the back of the KXT7633/36. I have setup a company with a KXTDA 30 and 6 x 7636 telephones with USB modules connected to each one. I have loaded the TAPEI driver onto each PC. What the customer wants is to use the contacts list in their internal Accounting (Sage) packages to dial out using the 7636 . It works fine but the computer keeps hanging after the first call is made using the contacts list. To release the call I have to remove the USB cable from the back of the 7636.
