I went back to change some programming on a previously installed 824. I had
originally programmed it with an older laptop with maintenance console version
1.1.
When I connected my new laptop with version 2.0, I could connect but not
transfer from the laptop to the PBX. I got the error message "access denied".
Has anyone else encountered this? [Both Laptops have XP Pro as the operating
system]
Do I need to do some sort of data conversion due to the different versions of
the Maintenance Console?
