Hi Again I took you're advice and change the voice mail to SVM Card and a Message card for the purpose of using the queuing facility on the KXTDA100. Its works well with the 'overflow queuing busy' but when I set the parameters for destination day 'overflow no answer' to go to ogm 2 [DISA 2 hold message] after 20 seconds it effects the 'overflow queuing busy'. Is there anything I am doing wrong for the overflow no answer to work correctly?

I have setup a sales group ext 605 with three extensions in the group 202,203 and 204.
