I have a very annoying problem with a TA824. My business line comes in on C03. The PBX is programmed for C03 to only ring on one extension #110. Ever so often and now more often the PBX appears to loose it's programming for C03. C03 will not ring on Extension #110 and instead rings on Extension # 104. I can not answer the call on C03 on extension #110 when this happens. When I press the C03 line it will not let me answer.
The only way I have found to fix the problem is to reload the SW programming for the 824. Extension #110 has a KXT-7736, Extension #104 has a KTX-7130. All other extensions ether have a KTX-7130 or a 2500. Anyone else had a similar problem and a fix vs reloading the SW?
