The password troubles I did figure out. The passwords were set
originally but somehow they were purged. I am wondering of changing
the one mailbox in particular from logged in to logged out an back
purged the password. This still does not explain why the same thing
happened to 3 other extensions which did have passwords assigned when
everything was set up. The only other thing I can think of is we
have had a series of power failures over the past week. The first
for 1/2 an hour, another one which was just long enough make the
computer reboot, and a couple others which possibly created slight
spikes or noise over the AC line and in the phone system. I am
wondering if this is the problem with the CID Personal Log buttons
not lighting. I may have to backing up the phone system settings, run
a full reset on the TA824 and then restore the system settings hoping
that it will fix a trapped error.
