This is an interesting idea.  There are actually 2 50 pair cable and one fiber 
cable in a 2" conduit that runs for 700'.  I likely have 30 pair across the two 
cables that aren't used.  I can easily ground them and try it.  What would be 
the explanation for this possibly solving the problem?> From: [EMAIL
