Thanks to some of the excellent advice received here I have
now been able to download the plan form the TVS50. Just need
to work out the new config...

Anyway I am also trying to resurrect some Panasonic CD410
cordless phones. I have one base unit refusing to respond.
The original handset appears to have been lost or been
re-registered. Here's the rub: the base unit pin is not the
default 0000. I need some way of resetting the base unit.

Any clues?

I see the maintenance test point pad on the base and guess I
need some action there. I have tried shorting GND and SCL
whilst cycling the power. I get the same refusal to register
a new handset when doing the press and hold page button. The
handset detects the base but entering 0000 when prompted for
base pin results in the phone reverting to polling for
another base unit.

Panasonic have admitted there is a way to reset the base
units, but they refuse to tell me over the phone. Any
helpful advice would very gratefully received. It will
certainly save a headache for a number of people. Thanks in
advance.

regards

Eoin
