Dear all, I am a new user and I am happy that I could find this useful website. I am a IT Responsible in a company. we use Kx TDA 200 Center. Now my manager asked me, to provide a call report for each extentions. I know that Kx TDA 200 had this ability to provide call report , but I don't know how to make it. Of course I have Kx Maintenance console software, but I couldn't find any option for making call report. Please advise me and tell me is there any free software or another way to making this report?
