We have 5 lines grouped on 4 targets: TRG1 (Line 1), TRG2 (Lines 5 and 6), TRG 3 (Line 3) and TRG 5 (Line 2). Actually just TRG3 needs that special numbering. Usually everybody use 9 to dial, and all ARS remove the 9. * TRG1 is a cellular gateway, the ARS route just send it to TRG1 when the dialed number is a cellular phone. * TRG5 is a just in line. * TRG2 is the main in/out group, most of the local calls are sent to this target but we add a prefix because we use an indirect operator (we just add 1073 before the number). * TRG3 is the problem, when send all non local calls to this target, if the number is not an international call we add 0034 before the number, and we need to add # after it. If the call is international we just need to add # after the number.
We have all of this programmed long time ago, but the new TRG3 is the problem, I can't find how to add digits after the dialed number. Ask if u need more information and thanks for the help. Let me know how many lines you have and what group each line is in. This will be for starters. I will then need to know which CO lines you wish to call out on. Once we get this set up, we can add the digits needed and provide a table for them.
