Flash was working fine with Verizon.  Customer switched to Cablevision VoIP a 
few months ago and the Flash for conferencing hangs up three out of four times. 
 The KSU is in it's default setting from a few years ago when it was installed 
in June 2001. 

Any suggested programming changes?
