Certainly. You should be able to place the extensions into a extension group. Place all extensions in a separate extension group say EXT GRP 2. These extensions will now all ring when 192 is called from the VM. Place in your VM under action with no DTMF to be routed to extension 192. Record your message to say "please hold for assistance or whatever" and the VM will ring all extensions in that group. Brad
