I agree with the rest in the forum that you need to set up a VPN. You can’t pass voice through NAT, that’s why you have established only one way conversation.
As for your problem with connection losses, you have to go to card property of V-IPEXT32 and set the “keep alive time-out” to disable. Best regards.
