Just last Friday, I ran a service call at a jewelry store with an 824 
DBS.  Their phone system had no lights.  So, I just happened to have 
a spare phone and cabinet, just in case, but it turned out that all I 
had to do was power down the cabinet.

Using your logic, I could have sold them a new TA-824 with 4 phones 
for about $800 or charged them the $150 I did for the service call.

Guess what any sane person would do?
