Hi All

 

The situation is as follows: the customer has a KXTDE100 with 4BRI ISDN. The
problem they are having is when they set the system at night time to forward
all calls to a mobile/cell phone. When a person rings the office during the
night the calls are forwarded to the mobile but the office number is shown
on the diverted call, is there any way around it that the system will show
the calling parties phone number.

 

I have checked with our local exchange and they do not support this feature.

 

 

Any help would be great.
