Got a question that some of youse brain surgens might know. SMDR on a tda100. I got the output going to a computor. I'm using hyper terminal to capture the incomming call log. I have 2 companies sharing the same switch, lines and phones. Calls going to auto attendant. Customer dials 1 for company A and 2 for company B. 1 goes to ICD gp 601 and 2 goes to ICD gp 602. All they have to do is count the calls on the screen to see who gets the calls. They want to keep track so they can be fare is sharing the expenses. They looked at the SMDR output and bitched about counting the calls themselves.
Here is my question.
Have any of you used Excel for this type of problem? All I'm interested in is counting the 601 and 602 incomming calls per day. Another solution would be to buy software that would take care of this for them. Any suggestions?
Thanx
Ross
