I had a call out today to try and fix a problem with the caller id on the display of a KXT7433. When a call comes in on some phones it shows the number no problem but other phones it only shows the last four digits of the number they are ringing (DDI Number). If you press the shift key on the phone it will display the number but when the next call comes in it only shows the last four digits of the number they are ringing. Is there any way of making sure the number is display on the phones all the time. The setup is as follows it's a KXTD1232 BX with a Primary Rate installed also it is dual cabinet Version 3. I don't know how this system ever work with the primary rate card as we use the version KXTD1232E anyway it is working correctly. My software doesn't work and my manuals only refer to the KXTD1232E.
